Returns & Refund Policy

Simply complete the Red Mills Store Online Returns Form included with your order to ensure that we can process your return or exchange as efficiently as possible, and include this form with your return items. If you haven't received the form with your order, you can download it from this LINK.

Make sure that all returned items are unused/unworn. Any items returned should be in the same condition as it was when you received it and must include all tags or labels and be in the original packaging.

The cost of returning unwanted items is at your expense and we recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a ‘proof of posting’, as until the parcel is received by us, it will remain your responsibility.

  • Do not wear or use any unwanted items. This counts as acceptance of goods and the item is then non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • You have a statutory right to return unopened goods up to 7 days after receiving your order (“the cooling off period”). 
  • You must notify us of your wish to cancel within 7 days, starting the day after delivery – please email us at onlineshop@redmills.ie
  • You have a duty of care while the goods are in your possession and we reserve the right to charge you for any damage that may have occurred during this period.

REFUND POLICY

1. Clothing

We will replace or refund most items, provided they are returned to us within 28 days of receipt. Complete, unused and in their original packaging with appropriate security tags intact.

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Ammunition

We will replace or refund most items, provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Complete, unused and in their original packaging with appropriate security tags intact.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exemptions
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such are gift cards. We also do not accept products that are sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at onlineshop@redmills.ie.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thegunstore.ie and send your item to: Connolly's RED MILLS, Cillin Hill, Kilkenny, R95 X9T1, Ireland.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
